Accountancy Insurance was established in 2003 in Australia by current Managing Director, Pat Driscoll. Prior to February 2010, the organisation was known as Accountancy Insurance Brokers (AIB). In 2011, the New Zealand based operations of Accountancy Insurance commenced.
The ultimate objective for Accountancy Insurance was to work exclusively with public practice accounting firms, and to ensure tax audit insurance ‘worked’ for them.
At present we partner with more than 3000 accounting firms throughout New Zealand, Australia and Canada in providing Audit Shield.
