Our ‘AI Milestone’ initiative is in place to reward and celebrate the long standing employees of the AI Family. When a team member has reached the milestone of five years of service, and it is usually the case of when – not if – they will reach it, they receive additional annual leave and a travel voucher to use as they wish.
